Hi, help me figure this out.
I literally had a situation.

I met a girl at a hookah bar (she hinted that she wouldn’t mind meeting up, and I invited her). We spent almost the whole evening there, then we went to another place. We ordered some sparkling wine and went our separate ways closer to night; overall, I liked it. Judging by our conversation, she did too.

We met on a dating site, so in the evening I sent her a message and asked in the morning if she’d enjoyed it. She wrote, "And you)?". After that, I texted her something else and she just kept quiet. After a couple of days, I deleted her contact, well, OK, it happens.

It so happened that today we crossed paths again in the same hookah bar. And she ran out to my meeting, buxom and arranged a debriefing (lol). I kind of dropped it because I didn't give it to her right away, right?

And I told her that I was waiting for some kind of reaction, that she hadn't written or replied to my messages.

-"Oh, was I supposed to write that???". Well, I told her that for me it was an interest from both sides and somehow it didn't work out and left. Well, in short, it's really fucked up in my head. Considering that she liked everything and was waiting for a continuation, it turns out I also had to “pursue” her, read her mumbling in the correspondence, and send messages to nowhere 20 times, well, because I’m a man.

And I’ve got a question: are all girls these attention‑hungry whores nowadays, or did I just get a crazy one?
